Crockett County Chamber of Commerce appoints Hardin as Executive Director
Alamo, TN – The Crockett County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Randa Hardin as the new Executive Director effective February 1, 2022.
Following the review of many excellent applicants, Randa was selected based on being a dedicated, resourceful, and goal driven professional. She exhibits superior interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with stakeholders. Randa brings exceptional ability to establish cooperative, professional relationships to the communities of Crockett. She is a lifelong resident of the county and has a solid commitment to lead Crockett County in community and economic development.
Randa graduated from Crockett County High School in 2004. In 2014, she graduated from University of Memphis with her bachelor’s degree with an endorsement in General Education & Special Education. In 2021, she graduated from Union University with her Masters in Instructional Leadership.
Previously, Randa served as a Special Education teacher at Crockett County Middle School. She has worked with Relay for Life and is a member of the Arts Council of Crockett County. She is a self-directed, action-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in education and community service.
Randa and her husband, Ralph Jr. are raising their children in Crockett County. Their children, Braylin and Jolee, attend Crockett County schools. Ralph is a Land Leveling Consultant with Tennessee Tractor.
When she was asked about her future as Executive Director of Crockett County Chamber of Commerce, she replied, “I am blessed to live and work in this extraordinary community. As I transition into this new leadership role, one of my main priorities is to continue the wonderful work of the Directors and leadership before me. I will foster, support, and assist the remarkable individuals and businesses in Crockett County. We will grow together as a community as we continue to dedicate our time and lives to our small towns.”
